William Kenyon are continuing to invest in the development of a superior Cold Room that is totally Modular in every way. We have just made a substantial investment in our Manchester manufacturing plant with new Polyurethane Panel Foaming Press machinery, greatly increasing our UK manufacturing capabilities.
The Kenyon Modular Cold Room has a low Carbon Foot print and reduced running costs due to its “Thermal Barrier Profile” system. This system aides in keeping outside ambient air from entering the Cold Room through fabric “Heat Gain and Loss” and the inside air from leaking through to Ambient.  Thermo dynamically a very superior product and Cold Room Panel. The longer we can keep the temperature-controlled air inside the Kenyon Cold Room and as close to the temperature set point as possible, this will in turn keep the Refrigeration Plant from running. The longer the Refrigeration Plant remains off it will use less energy, adding to its overall Carbon Footprint in lower energy usage.
The Kenyon Insulated Panel properties are of a K Factor at 0.0205 W/Mk. Refrigeration units Kenyon supply will be R290 Eco friendly units. Kenyon have purchased heated water Insulated Panel Presses and Poly/Iso mixing machines. These are complimented with a 6-metre roll forming machine. As we grow more Presses and Forming machines will be added.
